Some questions regarding learning goals require an individual approach. In our coaching we address personal growth issues as well as career questions. In the meetings there is sufficient space to discuss your personal process. Questions that can arise in coaching sessions are: How can I improve my performance in my team? How do I deal with conflict? How do I communicate effectively and enjoyably? What direction do I want to take? How do I create a better balance between work and personal life? Science presents particular career dilemmas that our coaches are familiar with. You can select a coaching program tailored to suit your wishes with one of the coaches introduced below. Anouk Bogers

Anouk Bogers worked at the University of Amsterdam as a coach, trainer and career advisor for more than ten years. This combination has given her good insight into what researchers have to deal with along the way. Besides her work as trainer/coach she trains general practitioners in professional demeanor and communication. Her expertise lies in the area of career advice, communication and professional demeanor.

tineke willemsen

Tineke Willemsen is an emeritus professor of the Psychology of Work and Gender. She received her PhD in Social Psychology from Leiden University. She worked at various universities in the Netherlands and is still associated with Leiden University. She is trainer for ‘Supervising PhD students’ and is a coach for female scientists.

CAROLINE REHBACH

Caroline RehbachCaroline Rehbach has a master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and is specialised in and has more than 15 years of experience in training and coaching people. She has expertise in the field of talent- and career development, stress and personal presentation. Caroline is a certified coach at the International Coach Federation (ICF).
