Coaching

Some questions regarding learning goals require an individual approach. In our coaching we address personal growth issues as well as career questions. In the meetings there is sufficient space to discuss your personal process. Questions that can arise in coaching sessions are: How can I improve my performance in my team? How do I deal with conflict? How do I communicate effectively and enjoyably? What direction do I want to take? How do I create a better balance between work and personal life? Science presents particular career dilemmas that our coaches are familiar with. You can select a coaching program tailored to suit your wishes with one of the coaches introduced below. Please contact us for a preliminary interview.
